個人簡介
2012年於同濟大學獲得計算機應用技術博士學位(獲上海市優秀博士學位論文),2009-2011年在Washington University in St. Louis計算機科學與工程系,從事計算生物學研究(國家公派留學,聯合培養博士生)。2012年9月起🤶🏽,進入沐鸣注册工作,歷任講師、副教授和教授。
主要研究方向包括生物信息學🈳👩🏻✈️、數據挖掘、服務計算、大數據分析等,已在生物信息學🩵、數據挖掘🔙、網絡服務和人工智能領域的頂級或重要學術期刊和國際會議上發表高水平學術論文50余篇。
作為項目負責人🙍🏿♀️🤔,近年來正在主持或已完成國家級和省部級等各類科研項目10余項,包括3項國家自然科學基金項目(面上2項👷🏻♂️、青年1項)、3項上海市自然科學基金項目(面上2項、青年1項)、1項上海市“晨光計劃”人才項目和2項中央高校專項資金項目(重點1項、自由探索1項)等🚴🏿。
2013年獲得上海市優秀博士學位論文獎、2014年獲得上海市“晨光計劃”人才計劃獎、2019年獲得教育部自然科學二等獎。

I👷🏻♀️、Basic Information
Yanglan Gan, Professor of Computer Science, Doctoral Supervisor, Donghua University, Shanghai, China. In 2012, she obtained a doctorate in computer application technology from Tongji University and received an excellent doctoral dissertation in Shanghai. From 2009 to 2011, she was supported by CSC for joint Ph.D. training and engaged in computational biology research in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis. Since September 2012, she has worked in the School of Computer Science and Technology, Donghua University.
The main research directions include Bioinformatics, Data Mining, Service Computing, Big Data Analysis, etc., and have published more than 50 high-level academic papers in top or important premier academic journals and international conferences in the fields of bioinformatics, data mining, service computing and artificial intelligence.
As the principal investigator, she has presided over or completed more than 10 national, provincial and other scientific research projects, including 3 National Natural Science Foundation of China projects, 3 Shanghai Natural Science Foundation projects, 1 Shanghai "Morning Light" talent plan project, and 2 central university special fund projects, etc.
She won the Shanghai Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award in 2013, the Shanghai "Morning Light" talent plan award in 2014, and the second prize of the Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education in 2019.
